The WebRequests project is a B2B solution for Lemtrans - one of the largest commercial shipping agencies in Ukraine. It allows partners to communicate directly via web interface. Some of the key features of this work are:
- multi-tier software;
- 3 modules: web client (to allow partners to communicate directly), admin client (to administrate requests from partners, manage users and integrate with existing information systems), and middle-tier client (to manage connections between tiers);
- integration with existing ERP software through OLE automation;
- Windows NT/2000/XP and FreeBSD cross-platform solution;
- the wide use of XML as the standard for communication between modules.
